We have a wide range of services to help you get the most from your basketball and develop our great game. Our dedicated staff help oversee these services across a number of areas.
This range of services covers all levels and abilities across the player, coaching and officiating pathway – from beginners to those aspiring to be involved in international basketball.
These services are listed below dependant on your role. Some are available online, others by phone or face-to-face meetings and facilitation, training and education. Many involve school/grass roots community programmes, clubs, local and national leagues, competitions, talent and national team services.

This is the department that gets people playing basketball - from a range of senior and junior local and national leagues and competitions, to participation programmes like Slam Jam and Jr. NBA, as well as support services for clubs, leagues and association, officiating development and deployment and facilities and equipment support.
Our leagues and events provide competitive opportunities for all standards of player, including organisation, administration, licencing and more.

The London Coaches Program is a new partnership funded by the Mayor of London and the National Basketball Association (NBA) and delivered by Basketball England.
It will deliver a three-year program, between 2023 and 2025, to create a managed network of development, training and delivery opportunities for 500 new community coaches aged 16 to 30.
