Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP)

Sport England requires organisations in receipt of significant funding to have a detailed and ambitious plan to increase the level of diversity and inclusion not only on their Boards, but also on their senior leadership teams and across their organisation and structures (Req. 2.1).

The plan and progress we're making against our plan has been agreed with Sport England and/or UK Sport. Our review cycle internally is quarterly and we will aim to share updates where applicable. Our public review will be published annually, a requirement for transparency (Req. 2.2-2.3).
