This form should be completed when a player wishes to transfer from one club/team to another. Once a player is registered to play for an NBL club they cannot register for another NBL club without completing the transfer form and having the transfer authorised by Basketball England.
This form should be submitted if a player is moving between teams in the same club. NOTE a player cannot be registered for 3 teams at the same time. The player must formally transfer.
This should not be used for any Non-National Players/Coaches who require a Governing Body Endorsement. Please contact the National Leagues Department for the contract which should be used when employing a player using the Governing Body Endorsement system.
