Basketball England has an exciting opportunity for coaches to learn from GB Women's head coach Chema Buceta at an open training session which will include a question and answer session.
The event will take place on Saturday 16 November 2018, at 10.15am at the National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester - the day before GB face Belarus in a EuroBasket Women qualifier.
Refreshments will be provided, the event is FREE and open to all Basketball England affiliated coaches.
Coach Buceta will provide an opportunity for coaches to see how pre-game preparation is conducted for elite level players and how this fits into the preparations for the upcoming EuroBasket qualifiers and Olympic Qualification tournament in February.
Coaches in attendance will then have an opportunity to talk and ask questions in an interactive session with Buceta as he also discusses his experiences at last summer’s international tournaments, including improvements in the development of domestic players and how clubs and coaches can work together to assist players in their development.
