Table toppers Anglia Ruskin University host Loughborough Riders, who sit seventh in the competition.
In week 7, the hosts claimed an 88-56 victory over BA London Lions II, whilst Loughborough Riders were involved in a tense finish against Southwark Pride, with just one point in it at the final whist with a scoreline of 60-59 for the Riders. E. Hikin scoring a team high of 17 points, whilst H. Dawson claimed 12 points, 13 rebounds and four assists.
Just the one other game in the division, as current Player of the Week Flo Ward is in action with her Bristol Academy Flyers (3-3) as they travel to Nottingham Trent University (1-5).
Ward scored an impressive 22 points, six assists and eight steals in her side’s 62-57 victory over Team Solent Kestrels. Hannah Wallace, Leila Jepson, Rebecca Cantin and Mai Zilbeti also scoring 31 points between them.
Nottingham sit ninth in the league table, and claimed their first win of the season last weekend against Thames Valley Cavaliers with a 78-67 scoreline. Vicky Gray scoring 18 points, with good performances alfo from Diana Filipa Da Silva Ferreira (15 points), Brahe Ashton (14 points) and Arielle Jackson (14 points).
