Lockdown: Basketball England awaiting Government guidance over how rules affect the sport

The Government announced on Saturday a proposed four-week lockdown in England from Thursday November 5 to counter rising rates of Covid-19 transmission.  

Prime Minster Boris Johnson will hold a House of Commons vote on Wednesday November 4 when MPs will debate and vote on the measures put forward.  

Once the result has been announced, Basketball England will be able to communicate the impact it will have on the sport.
