Hakeem Sylla led the efficiency and rebounding charts in Division One Men to emerge as one of the standout performers in the 2019/20 NBL season.
The Thames Valley Cavaliers star recorded a league-high 691.0 efficiency rating from his 21 games this season, while his 13.7 rebounds per game was unmatched.
Sylla also averaged 21.5 points per game, (seventh) while his 1.3 blocks per game was bettered only by Derby Trailblazers’ Oliver Stanley (1.4bpg), capping off a fine season for the talented forward.
Leicester Warriors' TJ Henderson was another stellar performer in D1M, proving to be an unstoppable force.
He topped the scoring charts (27.2ppg) and finished third in steals (3.2spg), finishing behind only Treshawn Wilford (4.4spg) and Zaire Taylor (4.2spg). His consistency showed, racking up an efficiency rating of 592.0 (fourth) for the season.
Ian Smith was an integral part of an unbeaten Kestrels season, topping the assists charts (6.4apg).
Smith also shone domestically in Kestrel’s National Cup triumph and their fantastic BBL Trophy run, but his 517.0 efficiency rating (sixth) shows just how important he was to a perfect league season.
