Top side Ipswich take a week off, leaving the chasing pack with the opportunity to make up some ground, including Worcester in second and Southwark in third.
We've got a preview of all three games below, and links to live stats and live streams at the bottom of the page.
Two teams that have both run leaders Ipswich close but ultimately come up short, NTU and COLA match up on Saturday afternoon with the opportunity to get a grip on a top-three spot.
Hosts Nottingham eventually lost out 92-79 against the league leaders, with Brahe Ashton (19 points) and Evi Deker (17 points) both playing well. NTU did manage to win their opening game of the season against Barking and will be itching for a W here to get back on track.
COLA managed to go even closer against the Suffolk side, forcing a period of OT against the reigning D1W champs before losing out 81-77. Simona Henshaw and current FocusHoops Team of the Week selections Molly Lavin and Isi Ozzy-Momodu have started the season in good form, all three should be a handful for NTU tomorrow.
After two commanding home wins, newly promoted Worcester Wolves face their first test on the road as they head to Loughborough tomorrow.
Opening the season with a 68-58 victory over Bristol before last weekend's 83-36 dismantling of BA London Lions, the Wolves are yet to lose in D1W but face a tough test against the Riders.
Look for former WNBL Player of the Week Shanice Turner (15.0ppg, 9.5rpg) to remain a focal point, with Nuri Seyedagha Calderon, Imogen Youd and Carolina Marques all in good form following last weekend.
Loughborough didn't get the result they wanted when they opened the season against Solent, falling to defeat 98-83. The Riders worked hard to correct their mistakes though, coming out victorious 64-61 against Reading last weekend.
Reigning Player of the Week Makana Stone enjoyed a huge game in that contest and it'll be interesting to see if she can back that performance up with another one here.
The Midlands side are in the middle of a four game home stand that stretches to the end of the month. No doubt the Riders would like at least another win or two to help keep pace with the sides in the top four before we roll into December.

Last season's third-place finishers Reading haven't started 2020/21 as they might have liked, but they have another chance to turn things around on Sunday as they face Solent.
Far from an easy match-up, the Kestrels have looked good this season, collecting wins against Bristol and Loughborough whilst only coming up short against unbeaten leaders Ipswich.
Krisztina Velkey (18.3ppg, 6.7apg, 3.0spg) is already making a claim for inclusion in the league's MVP debate, whilst Faye Endean, Andrea Kurkowski and Erica Meyer have all played well in support.
With losses to COLA and Loughborough, the Rockets are yet to kick into gear this season, but there is still time. Last season's stand out Sitota Gines Esponosa has been slow to get going, but still averages 13 points, four rebounds and 3.5 steals in 2020/21.
New signing Gaila Comesana has already hit the ground running though, she's coupled a league fourth best 13 rebounds per game with 14 points an outing.
