After taking a year off in 2020/21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, seven categories of the popular competition for teenagers will get under way across the country in January with more than 300 teams registered.
Gail Richards, Basketball England's Senior Delivery Manager - Leagues, Competitions & Events, said: "It's great to have the youngsters back playing after being forced to miss out on taking part in the competitions last year. We're looking forward to some great basketball."
The various competitions have undergone a reset for the season, changing to a knock-out cup format. Finals will take place at the National Basketball Performance in Manchester in May.

The following age groups are available for the coming season:
* No players that are registered and have played minutes in the WEABL, EABL or ABL are permitted to play in these competitions. If a player is registered for the Academy leagues but has not featured, they are permitted to play. Evidence will be required to prove this.
