In-form Nottingham Hoods face a big test as they welcome last year's league runners-up Thames Valley, and there's a Midlands derby between two winless sides as Loughborough take on Leicester.
There's also another helping of L Lynch Trophy action, with a quarter-final match up between Reading and Loughborough set for Sunday.

The talk of the 2021/22 season so far, Nottingham Hoods face their most difficult opponent to date tomorrow as they take on Thames Valley.
The Hoods have bounced back from the disappointment of last season's 2-17 campaign, retooling their roster and adding some serious firepower.
The likes of ex-BBL man Johde Campbell and Mo Williams, plus Americans Logan Bailey and Andrew Vickers are meshing well with former Loughborough Riders star Kyle Jimenez to create a unit that went 3-0 in the L Lynch Trophy group stage and is 2-0 so far in D1M.
For Thames Valley, they need to bounce back quickly from last weekend's 91-85 defeat to local rivals Hemel Storm.
Also a rival for the D1M title, the Cavs will have been disappointed to drop a game so early in the season and with a red-hot Nottingham on the charge, this match up represents a great opportunity for the hosts to grab a statement win.
TVC's Hakeem Sylla is currently averaging 14 points and nine boards per outing on the young season, whilst Blayne Freckleton (25.5ppg) and American Jakobi Bonner (26.5ppg) have both done the heavy lifting on offence.

The weekend opens with Oaklands Wolves (1-1) looking to build on last weekend's win over Loughborough when they host Worthing Thunder (2-0).
Still undefeated in the league, Thunder did lose last time out as they finished second best in the L Lynch Trophy quarter-final away Newcastle. Still, coach Stanley's side should fancy their chances against the Wolves, a team they beat in their only meeting in 2020/21.
Hemel Storm (2-0) will try to make it three wins from three as they host Team Newcastle University (1-1). The North East side lost in London last week, going down 89-87 against the Lions II. Ronald Blaine (26ppg, 125.rpg) and Brandon Federici (30.5ppg) have both started the season well and will look to keep their form going here.
Hemel will no doubt be hoping to have reigning Player of the Year Greg Poleon back after the star forward missed last weekend's victory over Thames Valley.
Saturday also contains a Midlands derby as Loughborough Riders (0-2) take on Leicester Warriors (0-2).
Both teams have struggled in the early going, with zero wins between them and at least one defeat by 25 points or more. Still, one side will be victorious tomorrow, with current Loughborough's standout Harrison Gamble (16.5ppg, 10.5rpg) going up against a number of former Riders' products in Henri Langton, Pak Chingombe and Ellis Haggith.
After impressing in 2020/21 to seal sixth spot in their maiden D1M campaign, Essex Rebels (0-2) have stumbled out of the gates this season.
Still winless, coach Norfolk's team have the unenviable task of trying to beat Team Solent Kestrels (2-0) tomorrow, something they couldn't do last month in the L Lynch Trophy when the Rebels went down 110-61 in a lopsided contest.
Few would have pegged London Lions II (2-0) to be unbeaten in the early going, especially given their 7-12 record a year ago. But wins over Newcastle and Leicester mean that Lions head into this weekend looking to make it three in a row against Reading Rockets (1-1)
Finally, another pair of winless teams face off tomorrow, though both may feel aggrieved to be sporting such a record. Derby Trailblazers (0-2) finished fourth last season but opened their 2021/22 schedule against last year's top two in Solent and Thames Valley.
Likewise, Bradford came within a whisker of beating Worthing last weekend before eventually falling 62-58, and with upcoming games against Thames Valley and Nottingham Hoods, the Dragons are staring into the face of an 0-5 start if they can't pick up a positive result here.
With Team Newcastle University already sealing their place in the L Lynch Trophy semi-finals, Reading or Loughborough could join them with a victory on Sunday.
The Rockets topped their group after a three way tie with Hemel and Thames Valley and will hope they can use the momentum of last weekend's 99-54 rout of Leicester to secure bigger and better things here.
Loughborough made it to the final four of last season's tournament but achieving a repeat against coach Pearson's team on their own court will be tough. Still, in one and done cup play, anything is possible.
