The excitement continued until the final weekend of the regular season despite Ipswich claiming the title a week earlier, with a number of clubs battling for playoff position.
It was Worcester who eventually missed out on the playoffs as BA London Lions II and Thames Valley sealed the #7 and #8 spots respectively.
The first round will take place on Saturday will all eight teams in action. The top four seeds all have home fixtures.
Fixtures are confirmed as:

#3 Loughborough Riders Women v #6 Reading Rockets
#4 Team Solent Kestrels v # 5 Nottingham Trent University
The semi-finals will take place on Saturday 22 May, with the final at Nottingham Wildcats Arena on Saturday, 29 May.
