With Ipswich taking a break this weekend the Riders were able to close the gap on the league leaders, whilst Nottingham and Thames Valley continue to scrap for playoff seedings.

A stunning solo performance from American Makana Stone helped Loughborough past Worcester 73-64.
A week after Hemel's Greg Poleon put up a 57 efficiency effort in NBL1, Stone crafted a brilliant individual outing that will be tough to beat this season.
Going 9-16 from the floor, the talented forward coupled 20 points with a staggering 26 rebounds, three assists, six steals and four blocks to finish on an efficiency of 50, capping a memorable afternoon's work.
Despite Stone's antics, Worcester managed to stay in the contest thanks to a team-high 20 points from Shanice Turner, with the hosts leading by four early in the final quarter.
Loughborough would then enjoy an 18-3 streak that would turn the contest on its head, handing the Wolves their fourth loss in a row.

Thames Valley (3-3) pulled off an upset over third place Team Solent Kestrels (5-4), coming out 92-67 winners.
Eleanor Bishop (24pts) and Katherine Goldsby (21pts) both played well for the hosts, who grabbed a double-digit lead midway through the second quarter and never looked back.
In the continued absence of star player Krisztina Velkey, who has now moved to the Kestrels' coaching staff as she awaits her first child, Solent were paced by 15 points from Silvia Cante.
Finally, a 16 point, 15 rebound double-double from Schekinah Bimpa allowed Nottingham Trent University (4-5) to break a four game skid as they beat Reading Rockets (3-5) 67-60.
The forward's performance allowed the visitors to pull out to a double digit lead in both the second and fourth quarter, though Reading refused to go quietly.
Trailing by 14 in the second, the Rockets fought back to lead by two midway through the third before losing their grip on the game once again in the final frame.
Candela Hermida Nunez, Sitota Gines Espinosa and Gaila Comesana all finished on 13 points for the hosts, and Bimpa was supported by 15 points from Evi Dekker.
