Ipswich claimed a 1-point thriller against Nottingham Trent University, whilst there were also wins for Anglia Ruskin, Reading, CoLA Southwark Pride and Loughborough.
There's a recap of all the action below, and each result is also clickable if you wish to view the live stats.
Loughborough came out on top in the battle of the unbeatens, knocking off visitors Team Solent Kestrels 70-64.
A 21-11 second period helped set the hosts up for the win, establishing a 39-31 lead at half time and building an advantage the Riders would never relinquish.
Captain Robyn Ainge (26pts, 9reb, 5ast, 4stl) and Alia El Shabrawy (20pts, 14reb, 7ast, 5stl) did the bulk of the heavy lifting at both ends, causing Solent problems all afternoon.
Kestrels' forward Molly Danielson replied with an impressive 18 point, 16 rebound effort but it wouldn't be enough as the South coast side tasted defeat for the first time in 2021/22.

Reigning Player of the Week Katrin Hulme was at it again as Anglia Ruskin University (2-1) beat Worcester Wolves (2-2) 72-60.
Hulme enjoyed a monster 21 point, 19 rebound double-double, both game-highs, as Courtney Gray added a further 14 points and nine boards.
Carolina Marques top scored for the Wolves, going 3-15 from the floor but shooting 13-16 from the free throw line.
CoLA Southwark Pride (4-0) easily claimed the local derby against London Lions II (1-3), with a 64-27 final.
Friday's preview tabbed CoLA as a stingy defence and that was in full effect in this one, limiting the Lions throughout but especially in the second half, when the hosts scored just seven points.
Isi Ozzy-Momodu was the pick of the bunch for CoLA, dropping 12 points and pulling down 12 boards, whilst Fatmata Janneh top scored for the Lions with 9.

A 2-0 plays 0-2 contest produced an unexpected thriller in Suffolk as Ipswich (3-0) saw off Nottingham Trent University (0-3) by the narrowest of margins.
Finishing 70-69, Ipswich were leading by as many as 15 points in the final quarter before unravelling to what was nearly a shock defeat.
Reducing the deficit to a single digit with 30 seconds to go, NTU couldn't find the final knockout blow as the hosts escaped with the W, thanks in part to 21 points from Ava Battese.
Lindsey Cleary powered the Nottingham charge, she closed on 27 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
Reading Rockets (1-3) were able to collect their first win on the season as they beat winless Bristol Flyers (0-4) 67-49.
It's been a rough start to the year for both teams but it was the hosts who got the W here, with Candela Hermida Nunez scoring 24 points off the bench.
No Bristol players made it to double digits in another slow offensive display, Leila Jepson top scored with nine points.
Rockets pick up their first win, defeating Bristol at home.
