Barking vs Copleston, Itchen vs CoLA and JMA Reading Rockets vs Oaklands College all double up across the South conferences of the EABL and WEABL, with only Sheffield against Nottingham taking place in the WEABL North.
A pair of games go ahead in the EABL North, with BMet hosting Myerscough and SGS travelling to Manchester Magic.
We take a look at all nine games below.
A trio of games make up the EABL South's offering this week, starting in East London as 2022/23 champs Barking Abbey (1-0) take on Copleston High School (1-1).
The only side so far to have played twice, Copleston have split their outings with a win against Oaklands and a loss to JMA. Barking remain unbeaten after they edged past CoLA top open their season and will look to move to 2-0 here.
Speaking of City of London Academy - Southwark (0-1), last season's finalists need to bounce back from that defeat to BA as they head to the South Coast to take on Itchen College, who are the only EABL side yet to feature this season.
The likes of Will Taylor and Asa Aziz have now departed from Coach Guymon's roster, but Joe Lloyd, Malcolm Sung, Jakub Ofman, Dawid Cimochowski and Ben Cope all return.
New additions Jaidan Dawes (Islington Panthers), Martin Alburo (Phillipines) and Richard Radu (Worcester Wolves) should all give Itchen a boost as they look to prove themselves at the next level.
JMA Reading Rockets (1-0) against Oaklands Wolves (0-1) rounds out the South action, with the Rockets being out of action since their opening day 110-73 win over Copleston on 25 September.
Isaac Spurrier had a 24-point, 10-rebound double-double in that one and will look to keep that form going, whilst the Wolves try to bounce back from last week's 76-68 loss in Suffolk.
Looking North, Myerscough College (1-0) head to BMet City of Birmingham Rockets (0-1) in a battle between two sides who had differing fortunes last time out.
BMet lost out to SGS to start their season despite 25 points and 11 boards from Larry Duru, and Myerscough eased past Manchester 92-83 thanks to a Player of the Week performance from Marcus Robinson.
That just leaves Manchester Magic (0-1) to host SGS College (1-0), with the Bristol programme heading to the North West on a high after their win over BMet last Wednesday.
They have Corey Hill to thank for that as he enjoyed a 27-point, 10-rebound stat line, he's someone Manchester will need to keep quiet if they're to avoid falling further off the pace.

The same trio of games also make up the WEABL South schedule for this Wednesday.
Barking Abbey (0-1) are the latest team to try and topple reigning South champs Copleston High School (2-0), but that won't be easy after the Suffolk side already picked up wins against JMA and Oaklands by a combined 102 across the early season.
Itchen College kick start their WEABL campaign for 2024/25 with a difficult visit from current playoff champs City of London Academy - Southwark (1-0), who beat Barking Abbey 70-50 last Wednesday.
Glory Uzomefuna, Maeve Blandford, Mailda Goddard and Faith McDowell are expected to form the core of coach Milner's roster, with new additions Anna Idiata Mendez and Sophia Agboola also slotting in to the side.
The trio of Florrie Cotterill, Lily Blunt and Ruby Laight have all moved on to pastures new however, leaving Itchen with some shuffling to do with their new personnel.
Two teams looking for their first W of the season after both suffering at the hands of Copleston, JMA Reading Rockets (0-1) and Oaklands Wolves (0-1), clash to complete the South action.
Both teams will be looking for a change of fortunes here and another chance to bed into the new season against a more beatable opponent, though JMA will also be hoping their home court advantage comes into play as well.
The only WEABL action in the North sees The Sheffield College playing their first game of the season against Nottingham Academy Wildcats (1-1).
Two of Sheffield's big contributors in recent seasons, Danni McNamarra and Steph Oliver, have both departed, meaning the likes of returners Ayna Easton, Katie Frow, Jenna Payne and Marissa Evans plus new faces Alicia Vann and Isabelle Dalmedo will need to step up to help the South Yorkshire programme improve their fortunes in 2024/25.
Nottingham lost a close one to Manchester to start their season before claiming a statement win against last season's unbeaten North champs Charnwood 76-68.
Tiarna Chamber-Desmond earned POTW honours for her part in that result, and she'll look to keep rolling in this one.
