There was also a first victory of the season for Derby in the EABL, as seven games in total played out across the country.
We take a look back at all the action below.
Manchester Magic (3-1) moved to the top of the North Conference with an 85-73 win over Charnwood College Riders (2-1).
The Riders looked to be in a solid spot after they claimed a 24-6 second quarter, but the hosts regrouped at the break and won the second half 54-29 to hand the defending playoff champs their first loss of the season.
Jack Walton (26pts, 7reb, 5ast, 3stl) was the standout for Magic, with Edward Onyia (24pts, 16reb) and Lewis Malcolm (17pts, 14reb) both producing double-doubles for the Riders.
Derby Trailblazers (1-3) picked up their first W of the new season as they beat SGS College (1-3) 82-57 behind a two-pronged attack of Casey Burr (21pts, 7reb) and Jack Lemon (24pts, 8reb).
In the South, City of London Academy - Southwark (3-1) edged a close one on the road to JMA Reading Rockets (1-3), winning 88-85.
Adam Coxon's triple in the dying seconds couldn't find the mark as JMA slid to a third defeat of the year, with CoLA's Isaac Fiagbe (23pts, 9reb) also playing his part in the Rockets' demise despite a strong outing from Isaac Spurrier (27pts, 9ast, 5reb).
That just left Itchen College (2-1) to easily dispatch Oaklands Wolves (0-2), turning a 50-25 half time advantage into a a 97-57 final score.
Jaiden Dawes (16pts, 14reb), Ben Cope (16pts), Joe Lloyd (15pts) and Dawid Cimochowski (15pts, 7reb) all played well to provide telling contributions for Itchen, countering 21 points from Oaklands' Daniel Kostadinov.

Held to just 24 points across the game's first three quarters, JMA never really got going as they struggled to contain Monife Abidekun, who dropped a team-high 19 points off the host's bench at the other end.
Itchen College (2-1) also did the same, playing less than welcoming hosts, as the WEABL side sent Oaklands College (0-2) packing 65-60.

In the North's only game, Manchester Mystics (4-0) continue to build a strong lead at the top as they did the double for the season over Charnwood College Riders (1-3), 77-68.
Mystics have now beaten last season's conference winners twice this month, with yesterday's victory coming courtesy of Elizandra Costa's 25 points and a 22/13 double-double from Irene Oboavwoduo.
