Charnwood's win over Derby sees them secure top spot in the EABL North, whilst City of London Academy - Southwark also came out on top against Copleston to win the South.
Both teams join Charnwood in the WEABL North and Copleston in the WEABL South as this year's #1 seeds.
The WEABL Play In games were split, with #3 North side Nottingham progressing against Barking, though JMA Reading Rockets came through against The Sheffield College.
Next week's playoffs will begin with the traditional #1 vs #4, #2 vs #3 format as both the WEABL and EABL head towards the Playoff Finals in Manchester on Wednesday 27 March.

City of London Academy - Southwark (10-2) are South Conference champions after their 67-62 victory over Copleston High School (2-10).
Isaac Fiagbe (15pts, 11reb) came through big off the CoLA bench, cancelling out 22 points from Charlie Smythe as Copleston looked to stage the upset.
A 17-7 final quarter for the visitors suggested a big comeback could be on the cards before the Suffolk programme ran out of time to get the final few baskets needed.
Barking Abbey (9-3) finished their regular season with a win, seeing off Itchen College (4-8) 98-78.
That result confirms the South's playoff teams and placings, with CoLA going into the post season as the #1 seeds, defending champs Barking are #2, Canterbury are #3 and JMA Reading Rockets are #4.
There was plenty to celebrate in the North for Charnwood College Riders (10-2) as they beat Derby Trailblazers (8-4) 84-65 to seal top spot.
Lewis Malcolm (29pts) stepped up for the hosts against the local rivals, adding seven boards and four steals for a great day at the office.
Myerscough College (10-2) did all they could to take the title, defeating The Sheffield College (6-6) 81-75 before being thwarted by Charnwood's result.
'Sco overcame a 26-17 opening quarter to come from behind and win, with former Player of the Week Tyrese Lacey pouring in a game-high 22 points.
Charnwood will now head into the playoffs as #1 seeds, with Myerscough #2, Derby #3 and Sheffield #4.

WEABL South winners Copleston High School (10-0) completed their undefeated regular season with a narrow 76-74 road victory over City of London Academy - Southwark (7-3).
Liv Forster enjoyed a dominant fourth quarter to drag the visitors over the line, closing with an impressive 23 points to go with seven assists as Yazmin Edwards (26pts) top scored.
In the WEABL Play In games, Nottingham Academy Wildcats picked up a win over Barking Abbey, with the Wildcats taking that one 67-56.
Samantha Mullock (14pts, 17reb), Alina Riley (21pts) and Valerie Cassidy De Falco (12pts, 6reb, 8ast, 5stl) all did their part to get the hosts into the post season, downing BA's hopes in the process.
JMA Reading Rockets were able to beat the North's #4 seeds The Sheffield College 69-54 in the other Play-In game.
In the South, Copleston are the #1 seeds, CoLA #2, Oaklands #3 and Itchen #4.
From the North it's Charnwood #1, Manchester #2 and Nottingham #3, with JMA taking Sheffield's place as the #4 seeds.
