The 2023/24 WNBL1 regular-season and National Cup winners will represent the National Basketball League alongside the teams of the newly-named top-flight.
They have been drawn in Group D with London Lions and Essex Rebels. Ipswich host the Lions on 28 September (5.30pm) and visit Essex on 5 October (4pm).
Head coach Nick Drane said: "We are flattered to have been invited to compete in the Super League Basketball Trophy.
"It is great recognition after a successful campaign last season. Even though five of our key players have moved on since last season, we will be well prepared and hope to give a good account of ourselves and the whole of WNBL Division One."
The SBL Trophy Final takes place on 26 January at Utilita Arena Birmingham.
