Entering its third season, the independently run event follows on from last year’s highly-popular instalment which streamed online to nearly 3,000 viewers.
Alongside the Men's and Women's games, there will also be a three-point contest and fan giveaways for those in attendance at the South Coast venue.
This year's rosters once again feature a glut of NBL and WNBL talent, led by All Star coaches Rob Fairley and Kenrick Liburd on the women's side, and Reading's Samit Nuruzade.
Hemel's standout forward Hakeem Sylla was slated to appear in the event, but a late-season injury has meant that he will instead take up a coaching role against the Rockets' man.
The team captains were selected back in January based on their efficiency in regular season NBL play, with Sylla, Nottingham's Johde Campbell, eventual D1W Player of the Season Harriet Welham and Thames Valley's Helene Trailin all getting the nod.
The captains then drafted their star-studded rosters, which can be viewed below.
