Hemel's unbeaten streak will be tested by City of Birmingham, Bristol will try to strengthen their top four claim at home to Thames Valley, and Derby head to Milton Keynes.
There's also the one remaining Round of 16 games in the NBL National Cup on Sunday as Nottingham Hoods and Bradford Dragons go head-to-head to close the weekend.
We take a look at all the weekend's action below, with links to live stats at the bottom of the page.
D1M surprise package Bristol host Thames Valley Cavaliers tomorrow as they aim to continue their push for the upper reaches of the table.
Promoted as D2M North winners of last season, the Hurricanes have recruited well into their existing roster and have already made a splash in the top flight.
At 3-1 across their last four, Bristol currently sit tied with Loughborough for a top-four spot, and another win this weekend would keep those aspirations firmly on track.
Like their .500 record would suggest, Thames Valley have gone 2-2 in their last four, and still appear to be struggling to find their best form.
Wins against the likes of Essex and City of Birmingham have been mixed with a loss against struggling Worthing, suggesting you never quite know what you're getting with this Cavs teams in 2024/25.
Bristol's Daniel Edozie (17.1PPG, 12.6RPG) averages a sizable double-double this season and is a big part of what the Hurricanes do at both ends of the floor, whilst Denzel Ubiaro (16.6PPG) and Vilmantas Dilys (15.3PPG) have been contributed well on offence.
Ed Lucas (16.3PPG) and Justin Robinson (15.8PPG) form a solid one-two tandem for Thames Valley and both will be needed in top form tomorrow if the former D1M runners up are going to secure a road win.
Bristol enjoy a D1M-best 21.6 assists per game and TVC will also need to find a way to limit the impact of talented guard Elvisi Dusha (6.7APG) if they're to slow down the Hurricanes' offence.
.
Newcastle Knights (3-5) enjoyed a mighty debut from Hafeez Abdul last weekend as both he and Ronald Blain earned spots in the D1M Team of the Week. Coach Elderkin and Knights will be looking for more of that production as they entertain Essex Rebels (4-4).
Milton Keynes Breakers' (2-4) head coach Billy Beddow-Patel said his MK side were 'not going back to the drawing board or panicking' when discussing his side's recent poor league form. They'll have another tough opponent to handle tomorrow as they welcome Derby Trailblazers (7-2).
Loughborough Riders (5-3) have won four of their last five to correct a slow start and push themselves towards the top four. They'll look to keep that momentum going against a Worthing Thunder (2-6) still trying to pull themselves towards the playoff places.
Hemel Storm (8-0) remain the only unbeaten D1M side, though how much longer the reigning playoff champs can keep that run going for is anyone's guess. The latest team to try and put a one in their loss column is City of Birmingham Rockets (5-4), who've dropped their last two outings.
That just leaves third place Reading Rockets (6-3) to host Nottingham Hoods (2-7), who are struggling near the foot of the standings after a run of just one win in their last six.
Sunday's only fixture sees Nottingham Hoods and Bradford Dragons battling it out for a spot in the NBL National Cup quarter-finals.
Both teams haven't enjoyed the best of it in league play so far this season, with Nottingham currently 2-7 and the Dragons at 0-8.
That means Sunday's contest can be a welcome distraction for both teams as they try to earn the right to head to Newcastle Knights in the next round.
The game concludes the current round of the competition, with the likes of Derby Trailblazers, Hemel Storm and holders Milton Keynes Breakers already progressing.
