London Cavaliers edged a close one with Milton Keynes and Reading Rockets eased past Worthing Thunder, but the Cup clash between Hemel Storm and Newcastle Knights will now take place next weekend ahead of the final on 19 January.
We take a look back at all the weekend's action below, with links to live stats at the bottom of the page.
As the league eases back into action for 2025, just two games took place on Saturday.
Reading Rockets (9-3) made their trip to the South Coast worth it as they saw off Worthing Thunder (2-10) 108-82.
A 31-17 second frame allowed the visitors to build a lead they would never relinquish, kick starting their campaign in the new year as the Rockets pulled within two points of leaders Hemel.
Milton Keynes Breakers (5-5) were unable to follow suit though as they lost a close one to London Cavaliers (6-5), 93-90.
The Cavs entered the final frame leading by eight but MK undid that advantage to move ahead themselves with 6:31 remaining.
The hosts would regroup to seal the back-and-forth contest down the stretch, with Justin Robinson (19pts, 5ast), AJ Roberts (19pts, 5reb) and Ed Lucas (16pts, 4reb) all playing well for TVC.
Nate Robinson (19pts) top-scored for the Breakers as they fell back to .500 on the season.
With yesterday's clash unable to take place due to the weather, it's still as you were ahead of the final later this month.
2023 winners Hemel Storm will take on Newcastle Knights on Saturday evening to box off their aborted contest, leaving 2023 finalists Derby Trailblazers to host last season’s beaten finalists Reading Rockets in the other semi-final.
