Head Coach Claire Harper-Black's girls were the first to lift silverware, beating Ireland 74-57, and becoming back-to-back competition winners.
Irene Oboavwoduo was MVP with 20 points, and Tiarna Chambers-Desmond and Chloe Vella chipped in with 16 points each.
On the final day of competition, Head Coach Alexis Lewis England Boys beat Wales, 116-54, in the morning, setting things up nicely for a championship decider against their fiercest rivals, Ireland.
A combination of 21, 14 and 11 points from Emmanuel Ahamefule, Obinna Ekufu and Myles Barry, plus a massive 14 rebounds from Kelvin Clement, put England on course for a 75-59 victory.
On day one of competition England Girls had dismantled Scotland 113-45 and Wales 119-29, whilst the Boys did a number on the Scottish, 119-49.
The tournament ran from the 25-27 March at the National Basketball Arena in Dublin.
