Barking's 93-47 victory over Oaklands on Monday locked the East London programme in as the South's top dogs, joining Manchester Mystics in the WEABL North as 2024/25 regular-season champs.
Copleston need to win their remaining game to top the WEABL South, or have City of London Academy - Southwark lose a game.
The EABL North is as tight as it can get, with Myerscough and Charnwood both in hot pursuit of one-loss Manchester, and all three teams are in action Wednesday afternoon as part of five EABL fixtures, with four more in the WEABL.
We take a look at all the action below.
Barking Abbey (8-0) used a commanding 26-11 second quarter plus 24 points from Kervy Mabaya to seal the EABL South title in style against Oaklands, and they'll look to try and keep their unbeaten streak alive on Wednesday as they host Itchen College (4-3), who are battling for third spot and playoff seedings.
City of London Academy - Southwark (6-2) can't catch Barking but do still need a few more results to lock in the #2 seed. That means getting a positive result against Oaklands Wolves (1-6), who are fighting to avoid a two loss week.
Three games take place in the North Conference, starting with BMET City of Birmingham Rockets (2-7) trying to play spoiler in their last regular-season game as they entertain Manchester Magic (7-1).
Co-leaders Myerscough College (7-2) are also on the road as they end their season against Derby Trailblazers (2-5), who need one more win or a BMet loss to secure a playoff spot.
Both Manchester and Myerscough are currently tied on 21 points, but Magic crucially have one less defeat against their name. Should Manchester stumble, 'Sco do own the tiebreaker between the pair, but there's another two-loss side still lurking.
Charnwood College Riders (5-2), like Myerscough, will be hoping for a favour from Manchester to open the door for a run at top spot. The Riders probably need to stay perfect in their final three games to be in with a shot though, starting on Wednesday at home to SGS College (1-7).

Four makes games make up the WEABL slate for Wednesday afternoon, split evenly between the North and South.
Manchester may have won the North Conference, but the battle behind them is still being settled.
Nottingham Academy Wildcats (4-2) will be the North #2 seeds, but they'll want to finish the regular season with maximum momentum. That means seeing off Milton Keynes 5 Dimensions Breakers Academy (0-4), with the WEABL debutants still searching for their maiden win at this level.
Manchester Mystics (6-0) are just two wins away from an unbeaten regular season. With top spot locked up, that's something they can turn their attention to, with The Sheffield College (1-4) looking to put a blemish on their opponents' record.
Looking South, Itchen College (4-3) are in pole position for third place but face one of their rivals for that spot in Barking Abbey (2-6). Whilst the South Coast side are firmly looking at the #3 seed, Barking and Oaklands Wolves (2-4) still have a shot at it, and fourth spot should they have to settle for that instead.
Oaklands face a tough test as they host City of London Academy - Southwark (7-1), who need to win out in the hopes that leaders Copleston falter in their final game.
Both games have plenty on the line for all concerned, and will no doubt provide plenty of compelling action.
