The Suffolk programme's win against Itchen confirmed them for top spot, with six games elsewhere also helping to shape the final standings.
Both the EABL and WEABL will now head into the playoffs next Wednesday, 5 March, with classification games also on offer for teams who finished outside the top four.
We take a look back at all the action below.
Charnwood College Riders (8-2) ended their season on a high, beating Derby Trailblazers (2-8) 94-70 as five Riders all scored 10 points or more.
Tristan Curran (15pts) led the way for the hosts, closely followed by a strong outing from Edward Onyia (13pts, 6reb, 4ast).
Casey Burr (20pts, 10reb) top scored for Derby with a double-double, though the the visitors would trail for three of the game's four quarters after an even opening ten minutes.
The victory confirms Charnwood as the #2 seeds in a three-way tie with Myerscough and Manchester, whilst Derby head into the post-season as the #4 seeds.
In the South, Itchen College (6-4) also go into next week on a high after they dispatched Copleston High School (1-9) 78-46.
The visitors were held to just 17 first half points as they fell behind early, with Itchen's Jaiden Dawes (14pts, 14reb) and Copleston's Charlie Smythe (19pts, 14reb) both enjoying double-doubles.
There was a thriller between JMA Reading Rockets (5-4) and Oaklands Wolves (1-9), with the Wolves coming up just short, 94-92.
The hosts had led big in the second quarter before Oaklands battled back, leaving the two teams evenly poised for much of the second half.
The Wolves might have felt they had the game in the bag when their momentum led to a six point lead with 3:11 to go, but JMA rallied with a 13-5 run the rest of the way to seal the win.
Ethan Round (28pts, 6ast) top scored for the Rockets, with Oaklands' Dan Kostadinov (30pts) dropping a game-high total alongside Gavin Mitchell's (24pts, 16reb) big double-double.
Charnwood College Riders 94-70 Derby Trailblazers
Itchen College 78-46 Copleston High School
JMA Reading Rockets 94-92 Oaklands Wolves
Conference winners Myerscough College and Barking Abbey both go into the post-season with high hopes after regular season success.
Myerscough will be looking to plot a route back to the final for the first time since 2022/23, and that journey starts with a home tie against South #4 seed JMA Reading Rockets.
2022/23 also marks the last time Barking made the trip to Manchester's NBPC, winning an EABL-record fifth title that year. They'll open their post-season with a home tilt against North #4 seeds Derby Trailblazers.
Last year's beaten finalists City of London Academy - Southwark will be hoping they can go one better this time round and face off against North #3 outfit Manchester Magic, a dangerous opponent after challenging for the North title right up to their final game defeat by Charnwood.
That just leaves North runners up and defending playoff champs Charnwood College Riders to continue their title defence at home to South #3 seed Itchen College, who will be eager for a victory that would push them into the Final Fours for the first time since 2018/19.
In a bid to increase the number of games played by all Academy sides, the teams finishing outside the playoff positions will play each other in the post-season to create a full 1-12 classification across the EABL.
Fifth place finishers in the North, BMet City of Birmingham Rockets, will play host to the South's bottom side, Copleston High School, whilst fifth in the South, Oaklands Wolves, will entertain SGS College.
The winners and losers from those two games will then play each other next week.

Copleston High School (9-1) secured back-to-back WEABL South titles after they easily beat Itchen College (4-6) 89-42.
In a day to remember for the Suffolk programme, Hannah Gray (25pts, 8reb, 4ast, 4stl) splashed five triples to make her mark, with Maisie Keyes and Cerys Leach both adding 16 points apiece.
It proved to be a terrible afternoon for the South coast side as Oaklands Wolves (4-6) also beat JMA Reading Rockets (0-10) 62-40, dumping Itchen out of the playoff places across a three-way tiebreaker involving Oaklands and Barking Abbey.
Darcey Woodman (23pts) stood tall in the must win game for the Wolves, cancelling out Tania Dhillon's 20 points for JMA.
Looking North, Nottingham Academy Wildcats (6-2) enjoyed a momentum-boosting 94-52 victory against The Sheffield College (2-6).
Nottingham's Samatha Mullock had a huge 24-point, 19-rebound double-double in the win as one of the performances of the day, with Sheffield struggling to keep up as a result.
Milton Keynes 5 Dimensions Breakers Academy (0-8) finished their debut WEABL season winless as they down 82-59 against Charnwood College Riders (4-4).
Emily Taylor (32pts, 6reb, 4ast) was on song for the Riders as they head into the playoffs as the #3 seeds, with Louise Fisher (11pts, 16reb) dominating on the glass for a solid double-double.
MK5D have fought hard all campaign and will no doubt have learned plenty in their first season at this level, and Faith Deakin's 29 points were a positive despite the result.
Nottingham Academy Wildcats 94-52 The Sheffield College
Milton Keynes 5 Dimensions Breakers Academy 59-82 Charnwood College Riders
Itchen College 42-89 Copleston High School
JMA Reading Rockets 40-62 Oaklands Wolves
Copleston High School and Manchester Mystics will be the teams to watch as the two #1 seeds head into the post-season.
Copleston will play a North conference opponent, #4 seeds The Sheffield College, for the first time in while after going through last season's playoffs only playing South Conference sides.
Manchester can sit back and wait in the North West for South #4 outfit Oaklands Wolves to make a trip up the country. The Wolves have a tough road contest on the cards if they're to make it to their fourth straight Final Fours.
City of London Academy - Southwark may not have claimed the South Conference but they'll be a side no team wants to meet in the playoffs. North #3 seeds Charnwood College Riders have drawn the short straw in that regard, with the Riders providing the first test for CoLA as they look to add to their WEAB-record five playoff titles.
In the other half of the draw, North #2 side Nottingham Academy Wildcats will be looking to recapture the form that saw them make it all the way to the final in 2021/22.
They'll have to beat South #3 side and 2017/18 winners Barking Abbey to make that a reality though.
As is the case in the EABL, the teams finishing outside the playoff positions will play each other in the post-season to create a full 1-12 classification across the WEABL.
Fifth place finishers in the North, Milton Keynes 5 Dimensions Breakers Academy, will get another shot at picking up a WEABL win as they host the South's bottom side, JMA Reading Rockets.
With no sixth team in the North for South fifth place finishers Itchen College to face, they'll take a bye in the opening round and progress automatically to face the winner between JMA and MK5D.
