Both leagues reach a conclusion on 26 February, with nine games on Wednesday afternoon providing further twists and turns in the race for the post-season.
CoLA and Barking both grabbed a pair of wins, whilst Manchester are now just one victory away from claiming the EABL North title.

Barking Abbey (9-0) are now just a game away from a perfect regular season after they beat Itchen College (4-4) 80-67. Ethan Conway (16pts) led the way for the hosts to cancel out a game-high 27 points from Itchen's Jakub Ofman.
City of London Academy - Southwark (7-2) held Oaklands Wolves (1-7) to just 13 second half points as the Londoners won 68-46 to confirm themselves as the South's #2 seeds.
Isaac Fiagbe's 20 points was the top score for the visitors, with Gavin Mitchell (17pts, 8reb) doing his bit for the Wolves.
BMET City of Birmingham Rockets (2-8) nearly played spoiler to Manchester Magic's (8-1) title plans but instead ended their regular season with a narrow 88-80 defeat.
Nektarios Papadopoulos (34pts) was in top form for BMet, with Demi Babalola (26pts) helping to keep Manchester on course.
Co-leaders Myerscough College (8-2) are also done for the regular season after their 105-78 victory against Derby Trailblazers (2-6).
'Sco slowly edged ahead during a 26-14 second frame before disappearing for good during a 35-22 third, with Junior Sanchez (19pts, 11reb) providing a double-double in the winning effort.
Charnwood College Riders (6-2) also kept themselves in the hunt as they saw off SGS College (1-8) 87-72.
Nathaniel Hanson (21pts, 6reb, 6ast) and Caiden Ross (20pts, 10reb) did the damage for the Riders, with Titas Nedzinskas (18pts, 13reb) providing the main source of resistance for SGS.
Manchester now just need to win their final game of the season to claim top spot in the North. It won't be easy though as they head to Charnwood on 12 February. A Riders win could create a three way tiebreaker on 24 points, with games between the three teams deciding the order for first, second and third.

Nottingham Academy Wildcats (5-2) kept their momentum going as they beat Milton Keynes 5 Dimensions Breakers Academy (0-5) 74-44 thanks to 14 points apiece from Tiarna Chambers-Desmond and Samantha Mullock.
Manchester Mystics (7-0) took another step towards their unbeaten regular season with a commanding 86-39 victory against The Sheffield College (1-5).
Manchester's Elizandra Costa (22pts, 11stl) produced one of the rarer double-doubles of the season, with the visitors forcing 48 turnovers in the contest.
In the South, Barking Abbey (3-6) earned a well-deserved victory as they beat Itchen College (4-4) 80-62.
Megan Verbeeten was the star of the show for BA as she finished on 34 points, pushing her side a step closer to third spot, plus the tiebreaker between the two sides, in the process.
Oaklands Wolves (2-5) played hard against City of London Academy - Southwark (8-1) but were left empty handed, with a 60-53 final score.
A 15-5 final quarter nearly helped erase the damage of a 19-8 second frame for the Wolves, but they couldn't overcome a 13-point, 11-rebound double-double from Adaora Dioramma.
Caitlin Ryan and Paris Mitchell-Tyson top scored for Oaklands with 15 points each.
