Top two Ipswich and CoLA are both in double-header action, as are Reading and Loughborough, while Worcester and Barking play each other twice in two days across their own double-header.
We take a look at all the weekend's match-ups below, with links to live stats at the bottom of the page.
Title-chasing CoLA Southwark Pride start their double-header weekend with a home tie against Anglia Ruskin University.
If CoLA can win their remaining four games, they'll take the D1W regular-season title for the first time since 2021/22. They hold the head-to-head tiebreaker with challengers Ipswich, and sit one loss ahead of Brent, who they play on the final day of the season after a Saturday visit from Manchester Mystics.
Looking to hold onto a top-four spot of their own to earn a home tilt to begin the playoffs, Ruskin have enjoyed an improved campaign after going 10-11 a year ago.
That said, ARU are still yet to find a way to take the next step. Five of their seven losses so far have been against D1W's top three of Brent, CoLA and Ipswich, with Pride looking to make it six from six this weekend.
Izabelle Booth has enjoyed a fine debut campaign for ARU, with the American earning FocusHoops Player of the Week honours after last weekend's 19-point, 11-rebound double-double in the 81-48 victory against Reading.
Tia Freeman continues to lead the team's scoring charts, and her 19.4PPG is good for fourth highest in D1W, just above Booth's 17.1PPG.
With Booth also pulling down 10.6RPG, that's going to pose questions for the likes of Adaora Dioramma and Eva-Grace Yebila, CoLA's primary forward options with Chloe Vella's season over after an Achilles injury suffered in January.
Still, both youngsters have their own stats to back up solid play, with Dioramma grabbing 9.0RPG to go with 11.8PPG, whilst 6'5" Yebila (5.3RPG) is continuing to grow into the campaign in Vella's absence.
Much of CoLA's production still runs through guard duo Ayla Habbal (16.2PPG, 4.1APG) and Chandera Jones-Aryeh (9.6PPG, 5.1APG), with the pair hoping to get Pride's weekend off to a winning start.

A busy weekend begins with Loughborough Riders (9-8) at home to Cobham Cobras (9-8). Barking are still clawing to make it out of the bottom two, keeping tenth placed Cobham on their toes. Loughborough on the other hand will be wanting to pick up a positive result before Sunday's difficult trip to Ipswich.
Endeavour Ipswich Basketball (16-3) have a tricky road tie of their own to navigate, with Saturday's matchup against Bristol Academy Flyers (9-10) requiring full attention in the quest to push CoLA all the way to the title.
Barking Abbey (4-14) and Worcester Wolves (7-11) meet in East London on Saturday before doing it all against 24 hours later in the West Midlands, with the pair of games providing both teams with an opportunity to make a real jump up the standings.
Saturday's only other game sees Manchester Mystics (11-9) at home against Reading Rockets (2-17). The Rockets are confirmed to a bottom two spot, but that doesn't mean they can't play the spoiler for pride's sake in their remaining three games.
Sunday's action contains a pair of double-ups as Reading entertain CoLA, and Loughborough head to Ipswich.
That just leaves Brent Bulls (13-4) to play their lone game of the weekend as they entertain London Cavaliers (6-11), who have lost five in a row.
The availability of Judit Fritz remains a key question for the Bulls as they hope to get D1W's top scorer (23.4PPG) back on the floor asap to boost their title aspirations.
