Steven Lindsey joins BE as new Delivery Officer

Basketball England is delighted to announce that Steven Lindsey has joined the organisation as Delivery Officer for our League and Competitions.

Steven arrives having spent the last three years at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, where he was assistant manager, plus a two-year spell as head coach at the University of Nottingham.

His coaching experience in the game is also furthered with his current roles at Team GB Maxi-Basketball, Wales U16 Girls and Junior Basketball at Nottingham Wildcats.

Working within our Game Delivery Department, Steven will cover all aspects of Game Management administration across all of BE's leagues, competitions and events.

A key focus of the role is the day-to-day management and administration of the National Basketball League (NBL) where hundreds of teams and over 11,000 participants compete each season

Steven follows Sam Messam as a new appointment at Basketball England, who will join in October as Talent Programme and Pathway Manager.
