I have lost the certificate from my course, can I get a replacement?
Email [email protected] with your membership number and course reference number (if known) and a replacement e-certificate can be sent.
I have previously completed a qualification but it is not showing on my profile, how do I get it added?
Send a copy of your certificate to [email protected] and the details can be added to your membership profile.
